Troy Schwartz, DO, is a family medicine physician at Intermountain Health’s East Logan Clinic in Logan, Utah. He supports patients in Cache Valley, Rich County, Box Elder County, Southeastern Idaho, and surrounding communities, providing care for women's health, lifestyle medicine, preventative care, sports injuries, diabetes, hypertension, and more. He sees patients of all ages for wellness visits and pediatric patients for well-child checks. Dr. Schwartz is dedicated to promoting lifestyle changes that can help prevent injuries and illnesses before they occur. His goal is to inspire and support patients in adopting healthy habits that improve their overall quality of life. Dr. Schwartz is excited to be back in Cache Valley where he can reconnect with the community and share his medical expertise. Dr. Schwartz is from Smithfield, Utah and outside the clinic enjoys spending time with his family.
