Dr. Toni Ann Serpe, PSYD

I saw this therapist for many many years and followed her to multiple offices. It’s safe to say I was traumatized by this provider, and multiple mental health providers I have consulted since say this therapist should have her license revoked for her unethical practices. She frequently broke doctor-patient confidentiality and even tried to claim that doctor patient confidentiality works both ways, so I could not disclose to others what I learned from her or took away from our sessions. 
(Abuse of power dynamics)
All of her “advice” which fyi therapists aren’t supposed to give, was either anecdotal or heavily opinionated. I don’t know where she practices now but her office was so small that even with a sound machine there was no privacy or discretion for sessions. 
Now that I am an adult I feel disgusted to have been under her care as a child and think current and future clients should find a provider that doesn’t take advantage of them or use unethical practices and make false claims
