Full Payment is required upfront and after Insurance pays them, any balance is to be credited toward the next visit, so you must keep a good records of what they owe you back or kiss it goodby,  Their business office is in winchester. 6 weeks after the last visit and after several calls I had to make a trip there to settle the account. The Winchester office was a mess with stacks of records all over. They finally sent me a check for what they owed us. The orthotics were no better than ones I got at Walmart.
