Dr Upchurch did not answer questions. I was not treated with dignity and actually felt as though I was being mocked when I asked him to please repeat results and to speak more slowly as he rambled through them. He knows I have issues with retaining and processing information (ironically the testing results I was asking for) and after asking three times before he would repeat the information he spoke so slowly it was reminiscent of Dori speaking "whale" in Finding Nemo and I felt I was not taken seriously. I was incredibly offended also with him texting during my appointment. I will not return.
