Tierney’s style of care delivery epitomizes patient centered care. She was beyond supportive during my prenatal appointments and when I was in labor and delivery. She took her time to explain things and think through options together (more than I’ve ever seen another provider do!), and when I strayed from my birth plan she was there to remind me of what I envisioned but what my other options were too. She always presented evidence based information while also sharing guidance from her experience and honoring my specific goals. She also brings super calm and confident energy— exactly what you want in a midwife. Anyone who has her on their care team is truly so blessed— I hope to have her deliver my future babes!
