I see this Dr once a year (except during Covid Shutdown) so it had been two years since My Last Visit. They were running a little late, because of an unexpected lengthy appointment (I was told after being called into the office) In Spite of this delay, Staff was exceptionally efficient in moving us thru the procedures b4 seeing the Dr. I appreciated this & complemented them. Dr's time was not rushed, I had all my questions answered & understood them.
