Found this doctor on the Aetna dashboard. The phone number information is wrong and they have made no attempt at getting that right. I called what was the wrong office and they were very helpful. I called his office after getting the right number from the other office and the receptionist who answered the phone was extremely rude. I had already selected this doctor as my primary care giver in the Aetna app as it showed him as being available. I called the office to set up an appointment the the receptionist rudely interrupted me and said he was not taking patients. I explained what I had done and that he was showing available. She seemed not to care and repeated again with little emotion as if I was bothering her. I tried again to explain to her that Aetna was a pretty big site and the fact that if both his phone information and availability were being reported wrong, that it would not make potential customers happy. Again I made the case that I had already selected him as my Primary in the app and that it seemed odd that she would be the final decisions. I asked if I could speak to an office manager. Again, there was no emotion, no apologies, no help regarding what to do next. Then she says the following. "I work with him personally, so I know he is not going to take new patients". I clearly stated to her then that my intent was to leave an unfavorable review here. Again, she seemed not to care. For that alone I think he and his office should be removed from this listing. Apparently, according to her, he has too much business and has not taken patients in a long time. Great, lets please stop sending people too him.
