Thomas Nelson, DO, is a primary care physician board-certified in family medicine. Dr Nelson completed medical school at Lincoln Memorial University, DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Knoxville, Tennessee. He completed his residency through the Shenandoah Valley Family Practice Residency Program in Front Royal, VA.   Dr Nelson is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all stages of life. Dr Nelson is committed to serving his community through accessible, comprehensive healthcare and strives to make each patient feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care.
