Dr. Thinh The Do, MD

I really appreciated that Dr. Do listened to my concerns and ordered appropriate tests. I was especially impressed with the follow-up call regarding the test results, even though they were normal. That meant so much to me, as I once had a doctor at a different practice (not Facey) say they would contact me if there was an abnormal result. There was an abnormal result, but no one contacted me from that office. I only found out after following-up myself. Dr. Do said he would make sure I received a phone call from either him or his nurse regarding the results and he followed through. I really appreciate Dr. Do.

Dr. Do is the primary pediatrician for both my boys. He's very kind to them and he takes his time to make them feel comfortable. He also speaks directly to the boys to make them feel more included. On this last visit, he went over some general health tips for my 3 year old and my 3 year old has been repeating them. "Doctor says don't pick nose." "Doctor says don't pee pee in diaper." They listen to him and im greatful. My son also got a flu shot and didnt cry. The nurse has been fantastic with shots for my boys. Love this office

My daughter missed school for her issue and could not be seen the same day because her regular pediatrician is out. There is just not enough staff there. It's so hard to get in. They were able to get her in the following day but she had to miss 2 days of school which was very upsetting to her. I always have Issues getting my children In In a timely manner. The wait to see a pediatrician Is too long. Dr. Do however was wonderful. No issues with our visit. Just the scheduling.

The front desk gave me paperwork to fill out and we were called in within minutes. Fatima was super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. She is super awesome! Dr. Do is amazing! He took the time to answer any questions I had about my baby, also explained and showed me examples to help me understand. He made me feel very comfortable and has great bedside manner. Super patient, encouraging, caring, respectful, and I didn't feel rushed at all. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Do is an amazing doctor for my child. He always takes the time to talk to me & my child, reassure them about the care they are receiving and tries to build trust between patient and practitioner. I recommend him to other parents as well. My only concern is the wait time as immediate care with sick kids is not an ideal place to be and getting a same day appointment can be difficult at heightened sick seasons.

Dr. Do is an outstanding pediatrician. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and always takes the time to listen and explain things thoroughly. He makes our son feel comfortable at every visit, which means so much to us. We trust his care completely and recommend him wholeheartedly to other families.

Dr. Do gives amazing care and was able to "squeeze us in" even after there was a mistake made with our appt time - we were in and out in an hour and I always notice how well Dr. Do knows my kids and our family, including medical history but also takes the time to ask about our entire family

The medical assistant had entered the wrong height in the computer. Dr Do was concerned about my child not growing as he should be but he was given wrong information. We were remeasured and new results into the chart. All is good. Medical assistants should get more training.

Dr Do is an outstanding doctor always listens to our concerns and helps to treat any issues my son has with care and understanding. We love this doctor so much and are so grateful for him. The front desk staff and nurses are also kind and extremely thoughtful
