Dr Jackson listens to my questions fully before answering and her answers are not just standard but detailed and helpful and she suggests things I can do to help myself at home between visits ( continue with brace, elevate legs, cold compress instead of heat if it's better) and explains why I'm doing it instead of just saying do it.
