Judgmental, rude, uneducated on topics that he should be well-versed in, and unhelpful. I have been sober for almost a decade - he saw that I have addiction noted on my chart and immediately treated me as a second class patient. After reading the notes that he posted after my visit, my hunch was confirmed. He lied to me and told me that a medication that I have taken for the better part of a decade was a schedule 2 drug...It is not scheduled in any way and as soon as I asked/confronted him - he refused to answer me with anything other than "Yeah" in a patronizing manner. My father is an emergency room doctor, and after realizing that this doctor was not professional and had very poor bedside manner (to put it nicely) I got up and walked out and had my father continue my medications for another 2 weeks until I could see a doctor that was competent. On his notes that he posted after my visit, he attempted to make it look like I was seeking drugs (trying to refill my gabapentin and propranolol that I've taken for 7 years and my primary care doctor had recently left the practice). This man clearly needs to re-evaluate his bedside manner and I recommend staying away from him.
