This facility and its staff is worst. They have no courtesy and no knowledge. They wasted about 3 hours of my time. First they provided me wrong information about network. I confirmed with my insurance and then started making excuses of appointment slots, even though they confirmed they have the appointments available. I believe they intentionally give you less preference based on your name and accent (they way you talk). I would advise everyone not to use this facility and their network.
