Been using this dentist for the last couple years after changing insurance and our old dentist closed. These folks have been easy to work with on the admin side - scheduling, dealing with paperwork, billing, communicating over phone, etc. Then the dentist herself, as well as the hygienists, are spot on. Expedient, efficient, thorough, kind, considerate. I literally cannot understand the overall rating of less than 3/5. I would go as far as to say they're probably fake reviews, based on my entire family's firsthand experience here. 2 adults, 2 kids. Great experience every time.
Each staff person was very courteous and friendly. Dr. Davis has a calm and professional manner. Relaxing office mood overall.
I am thankful that they took me on such short notice, but I would have been better served to pay out of pocket elsewhere. The receptionist and the hygienist were very kind and understanding considering that this appointment was made on short notice. I came in to have my bridge recemented in place after it came out. The hygienist explained everything to me and placed my bridge back into place with no problem. My experience was so good that I was considering getting my entire bridge replaced at this office within the next few weeks; then it went all downhill. I went to see the staff member that was handling my insurance claim, and he told me that my services were not covered even though I researched the cost before making the appointment(which was $0). My service (recementing the bridge) was categorized under PCD Type B. It turns out that the billing staff member was charging me for two additional services that did not take place. The one service that ended up costing me was for enamel microabrasion, which has nothing to do with re-cementing a bridge. The billing staff member then lied to me and said that I was being charged because of some old cement that was being removed from the bridge, and that was the enamel microabrasion service. Enamel microabrasion is a technique that can be used to correct discolored enamel. After being lied to and then charged for a service that was never conducted, I would never trust this dentist office.
