Dr. Brionez continued to recommend steroids even though I they did not work for me and gave me poor side effects. She also sent the wrong prescription to my pharmacy and would not return my 6 phone calls on the issue. When I spoke with my pharmacist she told me Dr. Brionez admitted fault. My pharmacy helped me solve the issue and not the office. She also told my pharmacist she was considering discharging me as a patient. When she was on maternity leave her PA was very rude and and not helpful. I had an 8:00 am appointment on March 17th and Dr. Brionez did not show up to the office until 8:10. I was not taken back to a room until 8:20. Every appointment took an hour.
