Insurance/money owed or not owed was an unnecessary issue that could be avoided.
The demeanor of the Doctor was both of a tyrant, and imperious (i.e., aggressive tone, forced me to take off my mask, no diagnosis given however caused unnecessary cancer scare, etc.).
The notes regarding the medical documentation presented as a poor historian (i.e., incorrect information and untruth/non-factual information, etc.). 
The building's maintenance was not kept up (i.e., flies inside of the room; e.g., equipment torn/missing paint etc.)

I have had lupus for nearly 10 years, and I do not have any organ damage thanks to her time and attention.  She is wonderful for your health, and her front office staff in Plano is the sweetest thing ever.  I hope she never retires.  Making an appointment is through the main office, so don't get discouraged if that person is stressed sounding and short to the point.  They are very busy scheduling for about 10 doctors but they are the most knowledgeable rheumatologist in the Dallas area.
