Dr. Evans Child Custody Evaluation was extremely one sided and inaccurate.  Dr. Evans purposefully left out crucial information if it did not support her recommendation.  She did not interview or contact out side members, use letters or supportive evidence in her report.  Dr. Evans has an idea that anything negative (regardless of severity or truthfulness) is not relevant and will be used against the reporter of that information.  Her intent is to 'Even the playing field'   especially if a PFA is in effect.  Any expressed opinion of the abuser is considered 'parent alienation' when in fact it is the abuser who has been doing all the parent alienation with his children.  The courts should take a serious look at Sue Evans reports and the usefulness of these reports in general as they are not backed up by facts and where past behavior is not an indication of future behavior.  Optimism trumps reason and feeling sorry for the abuser is more important than what's in the best interest of the children.
