I found this office through my insurance provider's website, saw it had a perfect rating, and by the time I left the office i thought to myself "Aetna needs to have a 6 out of 5 star rating!" I came in for dry hair and dandruff, and honestly I was embarrassed about it, but the staff and Dr. Elle Floyd treated me great! The front desk staff helped me fill out the paper work, since I couldn't write due to a recent surgery. A couple of minutes after completing the paperwork, I was seated in the office, and 1 minute later, I was seen by Dr. Floyd. She helped me out tremendously, to the point that when my insurance wouldn't cover the cost of a medication, I called the office, and they immediately had me speak to Dr. Elle Floyd, who wrote me a different prescription immediately! Amazing staff, amazing service!
