I have been seeing Dr, John for a few years.  He is very soft-spoken.  Though he gets the job done, I find that he often forgets things that I have told him.  I can say that I feel worse every day but next visit, he remembers that I am somehow doing better.  I have to repeat myself from one visit to the next, which concerns me because sometimes I wonder if he is truly listening to me.  As long as nothing major happens, I am satisfied, but if things should drastically change, I would be concerned.
