scheduled sessions with Summer because I was having a rough time with myself. I know they say that you have to try a couple therapists before you find the right one but this was the worse therapist I have ever met in my life. She jumps to conclusions, invalidates my experiences and re-traumatized me when I shared a story about my childhood. It’s difficult for me to share emotions due to past traumas and she does not like that. She likes to guess at her work and she will talk over you anytime you answer a question that doesn’t match up with what she believes. Unless you want to hate yourself, I would avoid this therapist at all costs. When I canceled my remaining session, I immediately found a therapist that made me feel welcomed and heard.
