No wonder why this doctor has bad ratings!  I am a patient of his and am switching practices due to his lack of care and response. I have called the office two times crying from pain and have messaged asking for a phone call to discuss provisional diagnoses, that’s it, just to discuss. The office has responded by stating make an appointment (which they could not get me in until December) multiple times (even after I scheduled the December appointment) and has not responded to my multiple pleas to please talk to my doctor. He will not even bother to message back?!! I have never experienced such horrible patient care (I work in health care). What doctor doesn’t contact a patient who is in severe pain and says wait until December? Furthermore, his office wouldn’t even offer me a Telehealth visit stating he is so busy he is booking out a year and had the nurse tell me I need to reestablish with an NP in person since he could not keep me on his panel. What kind of doctor does this? Do not trust him with your or your family’s care.
