Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare: I feel strongly that a person has to enjoy their work in order to do it well. I am fortunate because I love doing counseling and being present with people where they are in life. No two people are identical in what they have experienced and I get to help others in a constantly changing world. What I want my patients to know about me: I am proud of the relationships I form with my patients, and I work hard to develop trust and healthy boundaries with others. I use humor within our sessions, but respect the seriousness of each person's background, experiences, and place for themselves. What I do when I'm not seeing patients: I love spending time with my family, and I am a dog person.
