Dr. Porter explained the cause of my knee pain/instability very thoroughly and he also explained the surgical procedure to correct the issue very well.  He tended to run late for afternoon appointments but I think it was because he doesn't rush through appointments but actually takes the time to listen to his patients and provide excellent care.  I just scheduled my appointments in the morning whenever possible.

I just had an awful experience with the office staff here. I called to schedule an appointment and the woman that answered the phone was unhelpful and rude. She didn’t seem to care at all. When she couldn’t answer a question she simply put me on hold and never came back. If the office staff is any indication of the doctor I think I dodged a bullet.
