The office changed partnership and stopped taking Aetna. Stated that they informed all patients but when my children and I went for a routine cleaning staff did not take the time to inform me that my insurance was no longe accepted. They even quoted me an extraction and told me what my insurance would cover even though they claimed taht at the time of visit they were no longer in network. I would not recommend an office that doesn't care for their patients. Take the time to look elsewhere.
I am a repeat patient of Dr Neville DDS and Bondurant Family Dentistry in Bondurant, Iowa. He and his staff have provided me with excellent care, explained things very well, and treated me with respect. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for quality dental care.
