Dr. Hougen  is a caring, meticulous 
awesome Doctor. He had to insert more than one chest tube in me because of reoccurring pneumothorax due to domestic abuse. I'll never forget him. God Bless You Dr. Stephen Hougen! It looks like I'm finally going to be officially out of this "marriage" on November 3, 2015  It's been unnecessarily drug out since finally being able to file on August 1, 2013 Good Luck and God Bless ~ Susan Ellen Rowell - Holloway
