Post foot surgery, I didn’t know what to expect. 
Because of my experience with Stephanie Parks, I have become a strong supporter of physical therapy. 

Stephanie provided excellent direction and helped me understand what I can do at home to continue to improve. 

I appreciated the massage to work out a knot and scrapping with tools to help minimize scarring from surgery. She shared the whats and whys and provided tips that would help me succeed after therapy.
