Stephanie was a surprise to me when I went for a hearing test.  She was so personable and a cute smile, that I thought I was somewhere else.  She guided me through all the operations and performed everything with ease.
I just could not believe that I was in an audiologist's office, as she was so nice and smiling all the time.  I hadn't seen her in my previous appts. which I detested because of the lack of any real communication between patient and audiologist.  I since found out she was only here in Salem since May, and such a welcome addition to ENT, that I look forward to her care.  I hope this is taken as a compliment to Stepanie.
