I saw Dr Meyer for over a year for a problem with my hip that started out as no big deal but over the year got worse and worse. She's nice but kept just saying it was inflammation and prescribing different anti-inflammatories which never worked. Suffice it to say it got to the point where I lost feeling in my left leg and the pain was crazy so I insisted on seeing a specialist, 1 surgery and 2 incisions (1 of which was 13inches) later I'm fine. I specifically went into the office before my surgery and saw the Nurse Practitioner Shauna who treated me like a drug seeker for wanting SOMETHING for the pain that would at least let me sleep through the night till my surgery and she gave me 4 pills which didn't work. When I messaged her letting her know it wasn't working and asked about marijuana/cbd oil if that might help I AGAIN got a lecture and treated like a drug seeker. Forget about the fact that they'd been seeing me for the same problem for over a year and I wouldn't have even been GETTING the surgery if I hadn't insisted on seeing a specialist. I replied to her saying just that and when I went to refill a prescription a month later and it was denied. That's when I saw that they had dropped me as a patient not 3 days after I sent that message. Didn't send me anything in the mail, or give me a phone call but sent me a message through the website online....who DOES that? Healthcare has SERIOUSLY gone down the tube and this office is a PERFECT EXAMPLE of the problem. I know another couple who stopped seeing her because they were having similar issues with not getting treated or having a hard time getting medication refilled for long-standing problems. Save yourself the hassle and go to a Dr with good patient reviews who will actually listen to you and TRY to help you because this office ABSOLUTELY WON'T. I'd give them negative stars if I could!
