My son's pediatrician merged with this practice and when I made an appointment for his annual physical, two days before the appointment they called and said they had to reschedule for another month out! The person whom called did apologize but there was on sincerity. Then on the day of his appointment we had to wait two hours to be seen! This did not happen before their merge.
