extremely long wait times.. I should've read these reviews.  I was referred to this pain center by my primary and this was a pretty bad experience.  They ran 3 hours past my appointment time.  I told them explicitly I had to be somewhere at a certain time, my appointment was for 1:30pm.   At 2pm.. nothing, 2:30pm, nothing.. at 3pm I go up to complain and the girl at the front desk tells me it will be another hour!   I don't understand how they can run a business like this.  It feels like a cash grab.  I've never signed so many papers for a doctors visit in my life, and almost all of them were forms to ensure they get paid.  They asked me to come back in a week after an initial screening, then if I was still in pain they would schedule me for a steroid shot 2 days after that... so they want 3 appointments within 10 days?!?!  How about just scheduling me 1 real visit instead of wasting my time.  My very first visit I waited almost 1.5 hours in the waiting room..  2nd visit after I told them I had to be somewhere, I waited 1.5 hours and after they told me it would be another hour I just left.  I wasted half a day of PTO to be here.  EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.  STOP BOOKING SO MANY PATIENTS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE CAPACITY TO SEE THEM IN A TIMELY MANNER!!
