The front desk staff is very unorganized. You will be rescheduled without consent. The water randomly don’t work so your visit will be rescheduled after you arrived for filling. No courtesy call in advance. No consideration for your time. Non accommodating for you (I showed up 16 mins pass my appointment time) but you have to except their terms (randomly rebooked for filling and unable to get it done due to water not working the second appointment). Please find a place that’s more organized and professional.
The staff who saw me for the scaling and cleaning is extremely unprofessional her tone was unbecoming, hands are heavy, she asked me to suction in a bossy way when it is supposedly her job. No bedside manner at all. Extremely poor in giving her service. Lecturing me about getting shots!! She is one sad woman! Goodluck to your kind of service.
