They ask for a contact form to be completed to schedule a consultation. I started receiving promotional texts before I was even contacted to schedule the appt (which took a week). Scheduled for my child and was never told she had to be present (8 year old) during scheduling or confirmation, yet they would not do the 'virtual visit' without her present. She's a minor, what medical history do you believe she can provide you exactly besides telling you she's not sleeping well, which was already included in her pre-visit paperwork. This place came as a recommendation from a friend, so this whole waste of time is incredibly frustrating.
