I was called (from a call center, not the office) to come in an hour before my appointment. I got there and waited almost an hour to be seen. When I scheduled my appointment (from a call center - I found out later) I specifically asked to have my initial exam AND cleaning done at one time. She said that it would be done. After 30 minutes to do x-rays and my 5 minute exam they said I'd have to come back to havfe the cleaning. Front office staff is rude and called me "ridiculous" for the concerns I just mentioned. Technician who took the x-rays made me cry from pain and was uncaring and untrained. I refuse to pay for such horrible care. Appointment was a complete waste of 3 hours of my time.
