This doctor performed a below the knee amputation on me a year ago. After a few months I developed a "bubble" under my skin at the surgical site. It started hurting within a week of the surgery. I brought it to his attention and he ignored it. In January of 2022, after months of serious pain, the bubble burst. It created an tear from the inside out. When I went to see him about it, he did nothing. No MRI, no antibiotics, nothing. He let me suffer for five months with an oozing wound. HE DID NOTHING. I have had to secure the services of another doctor in Carson City to try and get rid of the infection caused by Cassinelli's negligence. I truly don't understand why this man is allowed to cripple people with no consequences. I am probably looking at further surgery (more amputation). He has ruined me physically, financially and emotionally. Avoid this doctor at all costs.
