I called on December 7th to make an appointment for the 9th. After they took my information I was told that the office manager will call me to confirm. It never happened. I called again on December 9th to make another appointment, this time for December 12th. I explained what happens the first time. The person who answered said she was sorry and once again took my information and informed me one more time the office manager will call me to confirm my appointment. Well! Again this person never call. I heard so many good thing about the doctor but apparently the staff is not doing their job. Very dissatisfied since this is not a restaurant. When we called is because we are in pain not because we want to waste our time. 😡
Dr. Dragonas is caring and genuinely compassionate for his patients. I was in tremendous pain and in just a few visits I am feeling so much better. His staff is amazing as well. They are welcoming and flexible with appointments.
