I have had an awful emotional journey of trying to get pregnant and got no help here. 1st dr was running 45 min behind schedule which I’m ok with but no one came out to tell use that . 2nd my visit was 15-20 mins long and we left with more questions than we came in with .... dr acted like she couldn’t get done with us fast enough... I left feeling like we were an inconvenience. 3rd they said they could help my boyfriend how do you help a couple with fertility problems if you don’t help the male in the relationship? 4th she ordered tests for us that I had to figure out how to book , where to go , and when . I did the blood work on the wrong day of my cycle even tho I asked that now I have to repeat a $150 test. Then to top it off I get a $300 bill that was submitted to my insurance with the wrong tax ID # so it was out of network. When I called to get help with this I first didn’t get a call back for over a week then when I called them they said they would help get that corrected . Then they called saying I had to call to get it corrected myself (I think this office is self servicing) . When I called the billing department they said the office has to fix it . Now I’m in limbo with a bill , and a new bill because I had to go see another dr , and a repeat bill because I have to repeat a test that I was given incorrect information on . If you are trying to get pregnant this is not the place I would recommend you go.
