Myself and my two children, having moved into the area, visited this Dentist under the assumption that they had selected them as our primary dentist through our insurance. They never told us that we had to wait a month for the change to occur. Afterwards, my insurance said they would cover the mistake, but I paid the dentist almost $800 to cover the cost - because the dentist said we would be reimbursed by the insurance company. Instead, the insurance company has offered to reimburse the dentist, but the dentist is refusing because they already have my money which (I'm sure) is more than what the insurance will give them. I have spent hours trying to get this resolved and the dentist is refusing to help despite the efforts of my insurance company. The staff is rude, unhelpful, does not follow-up and I would never recommend such a practice to anyone that values their time, money and sanity.
