As a professional myself, I was appalled at the disrespect this Dr displayed. I waited three months for an appointment, rescheduled my day to come in a day earlier for her convenience, and she actually had me wait an hour and 15 minutes in the waiting room with no explanation! I noticed there was a cancellation in front of my signing in and there was no one else after me. My time meant absolutely nothing to her. I have never seen anyone so rude. I could only imagine the "treatment" her patients must be subjected to once they hand over their money! She should be embarrassed to call herself a professional.

The good...Dr Zia is sympathetic, empathetic, patient, kind, and very understanding. She is not just about popping pills and really wants to help overall. I love that she explains things in a way that is easy to understand. She is family oriented and therefore has part time morning hours only.
The bad...the staff. It took 3 unreturned phone calls over one month to get an appointment. There is really only one staff person and she has no problem mixing you up with other patients and giving incorrect info. Doesn't listen at all and rarely checks the voicemail.  Occasionally there is a temp too.  I've had my visits sent to the wrong insurance company, copies of my card lost, Rx not sent to the pharmacy for days and no one calling me when I left something at their office. That being said, while it is time consuming and difficult to stay on top of her staff, Dr Zia is worth it.
