The provider is great. However, if you become ill, it is hard to get an appointment with him. I always thought there were openings for same day illnesses. Follow-up appointment was a bit difficult to get as we had gone to an urgent care in VA and needed to see the Dr. As a follow-up appointment. We did get one, but not without some difficulty as he was booked and he was familiar with my health issue.

Dr. Lohss and the staff are awesome, I don't mind going to the doctors office. He listens to what I have to say and I don't ever feel rushed and takes time to hear any concerns I may have. I'd highly recommend him to anyone.
