Dr Meyers is a great physician.  He will take the time to address your concerns, is extremely attentive, nice and overall great to be under the care of.  

Unfortunately his staff brings down his overall rating substantially.  Numerous calls were left unanswered.  Numerous voice messages that never received a call back.  Numerous requests for documents and referrals that were either never provided or provided weeks later only after complaints, I cannot and will not recommend his office.

Also, his office moved and I was never informed of it.  Had I not called the last time to once again request a document, I would have never known.

Dr Meyers is a really nice guy - and that's not enough.  I called twice to set up the appointment, the person working the desk could not figure out their computers, and when I arrived, she struggled with a voice menu system when calling Aetna to retrieve insurance information.  She smashed the credit card reader touchscreen when billing my card, and had to photocopy a receipt.  Worst of all, my recommendation for a specialist, required by my HMO, was never faxed to the office.  I stopped in to Dr Meyers office the next week to personally request this, they said they had a huge stack of referrals undone, but would do mine immediately.  A week later it still was not done, and the office was closed on a Monday for unknown reasons.  What a mess.  Don't go here.
