I've been seeing Sarita since August for an irritated knee. I'm a very active person (running, biking, yoga, and now roller derby) and I always feel like she is listening to me and trying to get me back to preforming at a high level. I've liked my manual therapy and my exercise program and can definitely feel a difference. 

That being said, I wish there was more manual therapy, and less exercises when I am at my appointment because I can exercise on my own time. These therapists also see many patients at once. I've never felt rushed or ignored, it's just not the same as my last PT who saw just me for the full 45 minutes.
