I always get excellent care from Dr Galcaus but sometimes she is held up by working with previous patients. She is open about the tests that precede seeing her. She listens and explains the procedures to be used clearly. She has become one of my favorite doctors at the clinic. I just have learned to expect that she will be running behind and allow for it.
