Dr Sara was so easy to talk to and I felt safe in expressing my concerns. She explained the testing process very well and the tester was also excellent in her explanation of each test as we went along. She spoke clearly and slowly and I didn't encounter any problems with it. My only concern through the whole process was getting the testing at all, and this did not seem to have anything to do with my provider in this clinic. It seemed that there was conflicting information between clinics as to if I would be eligible to test even though I had already begun chemo. I found out about the testing on my own by looking at services available on the Froedert Cancer website. When it became clear that I could indeed participate, everything went very smoothly. I look forward to returning to the clinic for my post testing to see how I'm doing at that time.
