Got an appointment? Bring a good book!  Ever since the medical group Reliance had replaced Dr. Brown, the wait time for your appointment is at least an hour beyond your appointment time.  Follow up calls for referrals or test results take weeks if at all.  The staff is friendly and the NP and PA is thorough but that office is just overbooked.
