The office is clean, staff is friendly and punctual. All my needs are met and this is the first dentist in a while that hasn't pushed unnecessary work or found a way to charge me more than the agreed upon rates.
If I could give zero stars I would, since I didn't even get a chance to see a dentist. Had a 10:30 appointment scheduled almost a month in advance. Sat for an hour. Asked for an update at 11:30. Walked out at 11:50. Hands down the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. How can you overbook by that much? Judging from the people who were there when I arrived, their expressions and length of time it appeared it took for them to be called, this looks to be a common theme. Very disrespectful to their patients and their time.
