Dr. Adair is a great listener and effective in her diagnoses. Unfortunately, I have had a very avoidable two month delay in receiving care for a painful knee injury that has greatly disrupted my life. A failure to communicate with my insurance, imaging provider and me, the patient, is the best brief description I can provide.

I received no responses to my numerous inquiries submitted via their charting application, despite the fact that they were usually read within an hour or two. Failure to deliver imaging orders required several calls by me and my imaging provider before they were eventually sent. I was incorrectly informed on multiple occasions that my insurance provider was denying an MRI request. In the end, I discovered that these requests were not even made.

I really don't know if my experiences were based on incompetence of simple apathy by staff. Regardless of Dr. Adair's abilities as a doctor, the inability of her office to perform the essential work after a visit along with their finger pointing issuing misinformation, I cannot find any wisdom in remaining a patient. Fool me once...
