Poor customer service
I made a mistake with the appointment confirmation text by hitting #2 to cancel, I gave the office a call to tell them my mistake and they verified that I was ok to still come in. Unfortunately, my appointment time comes and I arrived at the office where the staff at the desk said it was canceled and given to someone else. I know I made the mistake of hitting the wrong button but hard to believe this has not happen to other patients before where the staff could have properly verified that the appointment was canceled or not and attempt to fix.

She’s been my doctor for as long as I can remember all the way from being a child, I’m so glad she’s still accessible to be my doctor, she’s always been attentive and caring and listens to everything and she never once has made me feel judge or uncomfortable
