Dr Pak fooled me well. Invisalign treatment gave me black triangles between every tooth, all the way to the back.  (I had no black triangles prior treatment.) I had only 1 tooth out of line. I wore my aligners for a minimum of 20 hours every day. My teeth did not shift at all, but instead, now, my teeth look as though they were being yanked out of my roots. Dr. Pak even chiseled my front teeth narrower to create more space. But even after more than a year of treatment, my teeth were not aligned. I opted out of treatment because the black triangles were getting bigger. I paid $5.6k for this invisalign treatment. Now, I have food and drinks gushing in and out of the black triangle. 
Dr Pak is over booked and is frustrated throughout the day. The toilet sometimes does not flush there. I did see one of the dentists go in the restroom with his phone, so I guess this 1 bathroom is shared amongst everyone, including the employees.
