I was supposed to have an appointment this morning at 830. Show up to Dickinson & everyone’s looking at me crazy. Wrong location apparently. Even when i called this morning to verify my appt and location. Nobody has records of me. The office i “should have been at” said they would never schedule on Monday since he’s not there. Well clearly someone did so?? She kept arguing say nobody would do that. Well they did. My first original appt i made i drove an hour away only to be told he wasn’t at the location the first time!!! Absolutely incompetent staff. If the staff are this incredulous the dr has to be equally untrained. You simply don’t have this huge of an “error” when the dr has appropriate staff. I wouldn’t trust this place to even give me Tylenol. Horrible people, handled terribly, would never recommend, and a huge waste of my time. Not a single person wants this big of a mess especially when they’re dealing with pain.
