My understanding was that this doctor was listed as a PCP and was accepting new patients. Her office scheduled the appointment for 2/3/2022 but when I showed up, the front desk staff said she was a vein specialist and also not accepting new patients at this time. She then cancelled the appointment we had made back in December 2021. They could have informed me before scheduling the appointment. AETNA should make sure this doctor does not appear under their list of PCP's.
