Dr. Ryan J. Mikus, MD

I am posting this review because Dr. Ryan Mikus authored three conflicting and inaccurate clinical summaries about my March 12, 2026 ER visit. My actual chief complaints were severe itching and dizziness, yet none of his notes accurately documented them. Instead, each summary contained exaggerated information unrelated to my visit.

One note falsely claimed my sister approached him and reported “manic episodes.” My sister denies ever speaking to him, and no psychiatric evaluation occurred. Another note reframed my medical complaints as psychological, minimizing the symptoms I came in for. The third focused on unrelated medical history and again omitted my actual reason for seeking care.

I have copies of all three clinical notes, and my sister is a direct witness who can refute the statements attributed to her. These inaccuracies have harmed my medical record, misrepresented my character, and interfered with my ability to receive appropriate care. Based on my experience, Dr. Mikus demonstrated poor clinical judgment, failed to document symptoms truthfully, and did not uphold basic ethical standards. I cannot recommend him.
